18-201.11 The remodeling of a food establishment or a change of type of food establishment or food operation as specified under 8-302.14(c) if the regulatory authority determines that plans and specifications are necessary to ensure compliance with this Code./ The office walls and the door has been removed, and this area is storage for single service items and packaged food. Some of the wire shelving for clean equipment had been removed from above the 3-compartment sink area. Submit plans and a plan review fee for approval of the operation before the remodel begins. --------------
14-601.11(C) Keep nonfood contact surfaces of equipment (interiors of refrigeration units and cooking equipment, exteriors of equipment, storage shelves, etc.) free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. / The refrigeration shelves had residue.
14-501.11 Maintain dishwashing equipment in a state of good repair and condition to allow for intended operation. (ex: broken release valve or no stoppers, missing baffle curtain on dishwasher, etc.) / The sanitize sink compartment would not hold sanitize solution. The third sink was used to spray and rinse the equipment, and then go back to the middle sink of the 3 compartment sink to sanitize food equipment and utensils.
13-304.14. 4-501.114 Provide quaternary ammonia solution at concentration specified by manufacturer for storing cloths used to wipe counters and equipment./ No chemical sanitizer was detected in the sanitizer wiping cloth solution. /COS The sanitizer wiping cloth solution was remade during the inspection.
15-203.13 Provide a least one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain./ Complete the installation of the faucet for the curbed cleaning facility. 6-501.18 Clean hand sinks as often as necessary to keep them clean. / The men's restroom hand sink, and the women's restroom hand sink were soiled.
26-501.11 Maintain physical facilities in good repair (floors, walls, ceilings, ceiling tiles, attached fixtures, etc.)./ The kitchen had a damaged ceiling tile. There was a missing ceiling tile and open duct without a vent above the 3-compartment sink area, and missing ceiling tiles in the former office area. The men's restroom walls and the kitchen wall had repair issues. There were missing floor tiles by the soda box rack
