Water Quality

Public water may be sampled upon request or sample kits may be picked up at JCDH. Samples are to be submitted to the Department Monday through Wednesday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Samples must be received by the Alabama State Lab within 36 hours of collection. There is a $5.00 testing fee paid to the Lab.

Public Facilities

Schools, prisons and jails are annually for structural soundness and required sanitary practices.
