44-601.11(A) Clean equipment, food contact surfaces and utensils to sight and touch. (Interior of ice machine, ice bins, beverage nozzles, utensils in storage, etc.) // Interior of ice machine contained grime/mold. Interior ice bin contained grime. All items listed need to be cleaned and sanitized.
14-601.11(C) Keep nonfood contact surfaces of equipment (interiors of refrigeration units and cooking equipment, exteriors of equipment, storage shelves, etc.) free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Food residue, dust, dirt, and other debris observed in W.I. coolers/freezers, R.I. coolers/freezers, underneath cooking equipment, and underneath shelving in dry storage area.

26-501.11 Maintain physical facilities in good repair (floors, walls, ceilings, ceiling tiles, attached fixtures, etc.). // Flooring in the W.I. freezer was buldging up and splitting open. Interior door handle to the W.I. cooler is missing and should be attached.
