14-501.16(A) Cease the washing of hands in 3-compartment sink. The butcher was observed rinsing his hands in the 3-compartment sink.
13-304.14. 4-501.114 Provide chlorine solution at 50 to 200 ppm for storing cloths used to wipe counters and equipment. The sanitizer for the wiping cloths is not set up, (cook line).
15-205.15(B) Repair condensate leak in refrigeration units. Standing water on the floor inside the RI prep cooler.
15-501.113 Keep dumpster doors and lids closed. Both side doors are open. The left side lid is missing.
57-202.12 Use toxic items according to the law, the Food Code, and manufacturer’s directions. The butcher was observed spraying down food containers using a chemical spray bottle containing "bathroom cleaner." The food container was returned to the 3-compartment sink to be properly W-R-S.
