JCDH works diligently to protect the safety of vistors and staff. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, all JCDH visitors are required to wear a cloth face covering upon entering the facility. In addition, JCDH conducts a screening of each visitor before permitting entrance into the building. Below are questions that each person is asked.
- Have
you been tested for COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks?
- Have
you been in contact with someone under investigation for, or with a confirmed
case of COVID-19?
- Have
you or a family member been instructed to self-quarantine?
- Do
you have symptoms of illness – fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle
pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.
JCDH is still offering many of our programs and services. We thank you for cooperating with us as we work to beat #COVID19 together. If you have any questions, give us a call at 205.930.9110 or visit the JCDH COVID-19 FAQ page.
