(2) The three compartment sink automatic sanitization mix that pours directly into the sanitization compartment from tubes was reading 0 PPM. The PIC manually added caps of bleach until 100 PPM was achieved. The establishment verified this using a chlorine test strip. The PIC plans to have everyone manual set up the sanitization compartment until the systems are repaired. (COS)
