54.7 Provide at least 2, safe, unobstructed means of egress from each floor that meets the local building, fire and life/safety codes. The bottom gate was locked with a chain and padlock. No ability to exit or enter the gate in the case of an emergency.
56.9.1 Maintain all smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and fire safety equipment in good working condition and in compliance with current and applicable fire and safety codes. / Fire detection system has not been repaired as required under previous notice.
47.3.1 Ensure that residents are free from any form of abuse (physical, sexual, emotional, verbal), financial exploitation, neglect, confinement to a room, withholding of food, and free of interference or coercion, discrimination and reprisal from owner. / Residents do not feel that they are receiving their mail. The mailbox is locked and the manager turns it over to the owner directly instead of the residents as addressed.
